Mal-tagliatti Mindset.

Let me start with a fun fact, my last name “mal-Tagliati” means “mal cortado” or “badly cut” in Italian. For me it a reminder of the importance of continuous optimization to become the best version of ourselves. Done is better than Perfect 😉

My love with technology began when I was 9 years old, stepping into an IBM office in Argentina. That moment changed my life. Since then, I’ve spent +25 years working at some of the world’s biggest tech companies globally like Globant, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, and Meta.

I’m deeply passionate about learning and creating value for businesses and for people. My curiosity has been the driving force behind my journey, always pushing me to explore and make an impact around People, Tech & Brands.

If we could improve just 1% every day, by the end of the year, we would be 37 times better. That’s the power of discipline and small but consistent efforts.
